I was reading a book by Max Lucado last night and his words about prayer really stood out to me. This is what he said: The power of prayer does not depend on the one who makes the prayer but the one who hears the prayer. He silences heaven so he won't miss a word. One call and heaven's fleet appears. Your prayer on earth activates God's power in heaven. Your prayers move God to change the world. You are the someone of God's kingdom. Actions in heaven begin when someone prays on earth.
